Shipping location and delivery time Shipping Location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Latvia, covering global delivery (some countries/regions may be restricted). Processing time: Orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after payment confirmation (this period may be extended for customized products or during promotions). Logistics tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number. You can track the package through the carrier’s official website (such as DHL, UPS or local post).
Delivery range and cost International shipping: Supports most countries/regions. At checkout, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost (or display free shipping conditions). Customs duties and taxes: The destination country may impose import duties, which shall be borne by the recipient. It is recommended to check the local customs policies in advance.
Delay and Exception Handling Customs delay: International transportation may be delayed due to customs inspection, which we cannot control but will assist in providing the documents. Address error: Please ensure that the delivery information is filled in accurately. If the return is due to the wrong address, the shipping fee needs to be paid again for the shipment.
After-sales service and contact If you have not received the package within 30 days of estimated delivery time, please contact airmost@aromatherapyxs.com with the order number and we will assist in the investigation. Damage issue: Please check the outer packaging upon receipt. If the product is damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours.
